John Charles Bell, 60, of St. Clair, was spotted driving along State Route 61 at Cabela Drive in Tilden Township at 8:58 a.m. on Friday, March 7, police said.
Sgt. Cory Mengel conducted a felony traffic stop and took Bell into custody without incident, according to the release. Bell was booked into Berks County Central Booking on fugitive from justice charges.
Delaware authorities placed a detainer on Bell, and he will remain in custody until his extradition.
